Job Description

At RedHolt, we are seeking a skilled Hardware Product Strategist to oversee the development and launch of innovative hardware products tailored for the transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product vision and strategy in alignment with market needs and company goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to develop product specifications and capabilities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape in the transportation industry.
  • Develop and manage product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value and customer feedback.
  • Interface with stakeholders, including customers, to gather requirements and ensure products meet user needs.
  • Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure product performance and safety standards.
  • Create and disseminate product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch, analyzing metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage cross-functional teams effectively to ensure timely product releases and updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware product management, preferably in the transportation, railway or automotive sector.
  • Strong understanding of hardware development processes and lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing hardware products.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams.
  • Passion for innovation and forward-thinking in transportation technology.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
