As an Electrical Sales Specialist - Automation Solutions, you will be a core member of our team at Electro Federation Canada. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, including sales, support, quotations, order processing, and services.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education in a technical program or equivalent experience, with previous inside and/or outside sales experience in the electrical industry being an asset. Strong knowledge of Electrical, Pneumatics, and Automation hardware/software products is required, along with excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the corporate sales team with technical and specialist expertise.
  • Utilize CRM to create, track, and follow up on cases/opportunities/quotes/proposals with customers, actively seeking feedback for successful outcomes.
  • Promote Electrozad Supply through local business communities and industry associations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education from a technical program (Electrical, Mechanical discipline) or equivalent experience.
  • Previous inside and/or outside sales experience in the electrical industry would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Electrical, Pneumatics, and Automation hardware/software products.
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate effectively to key stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to work with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
