Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in product development by working closely with our culinary team to create new and innovative products that meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop communication strategies to promote our brand and products, including social media, advertising, and public relations.
  • Develop promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns, to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure that we are getting the best possible deals and quality products.
  • Market business services by identifying opportunities to expand our product offerings and entering new markets.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure that we are meeting our financial goals and objectives.
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs.
  • Act as spokesperson for the company, representing us at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
