We are hiring a
**Communications and Content**
**Strategist**
***to join our Marketing team We are looking for a natural storyteller who will play a lead role in conceptualizing and editing content for a diverse portfolio. As a
**Communications and Content Strategist**, you will research content and consumer trends, develop communication strategies, and create content to support both print and digital media strategies. You will work collaboratively with product managers and the Design and Marketing team to bring engaging content to life across all media platforms. With a keen interest in social media and digital content trends, this role will align Sifton content and communications with business needs and goals to optimize the customer experience.

About the Role:

- Work collaboratively with internal teams to personalize content approach to target segments, identifying communication gaps.
- Use research, data insights, and social and website analytics to evaluate and optimize program impact, success, and inform strategy.
- Plan and coordinate social media content strategy across company channels in collaboration with Marketing team supports.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Post secondary education with a focus on Marketing/Communications or related discipline, combined with 5+ years of working experience.
- Visionary mindset with demonstrated ability to create clear and compelling content and execute a roadmap.
- Superior writing talent, inherent creativity, and ability to transform complex and technical information. All complemented by the capacity to think like the customer.
- Proven experience working autonomously and exceeding expectations with strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate within teams.
- Client service orientation, professionalism and excellent judgment.
