As a well-established leader in the dry cleaning and commercial laundry industry in Toronto, we are introducing an innovative service to enhance convenience and quality for our customers. This venture presents an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Product Manager to help shape and promote this upcoming service.
Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Product Manager to lead the marketing initiatives for our new service. The ideal candidate will drive marketing efforts, coordinate with internal teams to ensure the product meets market demands, and prepare for a successful launch. This is a highly visible role focused on promoting a new business model while collaborating on product development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Strategic Marketing Plans: Create and execute effective marketing strategies to introduce a new customer-centric service in the dry-cleaning industry.
- Lead Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage social media and influencer engagement campaigns to build brand awareness and attract customers.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product and service features align with customer needs and company goals.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer behavior and identify growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related role is essential.
- Marketing Skills: Proven experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns is necessary.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; French and/or Chinese language is a strong asset.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
