About the Role

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to join our team at Quietly. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and support our company's mission.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. You will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work closely with our CEO, COO, and other senior leaders to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company's mission and goals
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement
  • Administer benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Develop and implement training programs to support employee development and growth
  • Collaborate with our CEO and COO to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and employees at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
