Job Overview


EightSix Network is seeking a highly skilled Chief Diversity Officer to join our People and Culture team. As a key advisor, you will play a crucial role in advancing and embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our organization.



About the Role



  • Develop and execute annual diversity, equity, and inclusion programming and events that promote broader organizational engagement and education
  • Manage and advise Firm's Action Committees and affinity groups, including overseeing annual planning and programming budget
  • Collaborate with National Director, EDI, People & Culture, to develop and implement EDI strategy, best practices, and measure firm progress
  • Partner with Communications and Recruitment in building EDI brand, outreach, and visibility aligned to national EDI, People & Culture strategy
  • Oversee general EDI and culture communications targeted to firm members
  • Participate in relevant committees across the firm to embed EDI at earliest stages of planning


Requirements



  • Completed education in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing HR or EDI strategy
  • Experience in leading and developing communications and employee engagement initiatives, ideally in EDI
  • Experience in analyzing data and developing data-driven solutions
  • Strong experience in communications, including writing and delivering reports and presentations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with leaders and internal stakeholders


Compensation


The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on level of experience and location.
