Role Overview

The Manager, Talent Management is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for executing talent lifecycle programs that drive business growth and elevate our people's potential.

This strategic position requires a collaborative leader who can partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that ensure the right people are in the right roles, at the right time, and in the right quantity to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract top talent for current and future business needs
  • Design and deliver programs that accelerate productivity, cultural integration, and employee growth
  • Support performance and potential assessments to inform quality people decisions
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, identifying opportunities to maximize high-performing talent

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 CAD per year, based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation.
