About the Role:

As the Senior Manager, People & Culture Business Partner at Arc'teryx, you will play a key role in our organization's strategic growth. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our people and culture strategy, focusing on business outcomes through the application of people programs and initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our executive leadership team, providing strategic guidance and expertise in organizational design, performance management, workforce planning, and change leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our people strategy in alignment with our long-term global business strategy.
  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching to our executive leadership team.
  • Build out our People & Culture partnership framework and support structure for our retail teams globally.
  • Lead a team of functional P&C partners in providing exceptional support on people, culture, and organizational topics across the business.
  • Oversee our global performance framework, including performance management, talent assessment, and succession planning.
  • Partner with the Head of Total Rewards to inform our evolving total rewards strategy.
  • Drive engagement, trust, and performance across the business through sound change leadership.
  • Oversee our workforce planning process, identifying gaps between our current and future competency requirements.

About You:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader who can drive our people and culture strategy. You will have a degree in Business and 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within an apparel business or technology. You must have previous experience supporting a Technology function of business that is scaling and growing quickly, as well as working for a global company. You should be great at influencing through strong relationships, expertise, and data, and be a natural leader who is not afraid to blaze a trail in uncharted territory.

What We Offer:
