THE ROLE

As an Employee Experience Manager you will:

  • Develop and execute talent management programs that support the growth of our employees
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure we have the right people in the right roles to drive business success
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract top talent that aligns with our business objectives
  • Implement solutions to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and cultural integration
  • Support performance and potential assessments to inform strategic people decisions
  • Identify development opportunities and drive solutions to maximize talent growth and retention
  • Develop and maintain fair and consistent policies and practices that promote a positive work environment

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Employee Experience Manager has:

  • Proven experience in talent management and organizational development
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of our industry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A commitment to our Values, Business, and People Leadership principles
  • A passion for driving business results through people development

THE COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year, with the potential for bonus and comprehensive benefits.
