People & Culture Director

THE ROLE
As an Employee Experience Manager you will:
- Develop and execute talent management programs that support the growth of our employees
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure we have the right people in the right roles to drive business success
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract top talent that aligns with our business objectives
- Implement solutions to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and cultural integration
- Support performance and potential assessments to inform strategic people decisions
- Identify development opportunities and drive solutions to maximize talent growth and retention
- Develop and maintain fair and consistent policies and practices that promote a positive work environment
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Employee Experience Manager has:
- Proven experience in talent management and organizational development
- Strong business acumen and understanding of our industry
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A commitment to our Values, Business, and People Leadership principles
- A passion for driving business results through people development
THE COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year, with the potential for bonus and comprehensive benefits.
