People & Culture Manager

We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Quietly. As a key member of our People & Culture function, you'll play a critical role in shaping our company culture and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support business growth and objectives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and deliver HR programs and policies
- Provide coaching and guidance to people leaders on HR best practices and talent development
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including marketing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer and analyze HR data to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Support the development and implementation of our company culture and values
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or generalist role
- Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- CPHR designation or equivalent
