About the Role

We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Quietly. As a key member of our People & Culture function, you'll play a critical role in shaping our company culture and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support business growth and objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create and deliver HR programs and policies
  • Provide coaching and guidance to people leaders on HR best practices and talent development
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including marketing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Administer and analyze HR data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Support the development and implementation of our company culture and values
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or generalist role
  • Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • CPHR designation or equivalent
