Regional Customer Support Sales Manager

Brandt is seeking a seasoned Regional Customer Support Sales Manager to lead our team of CSA professionals in the South Central Ontario region. As a key player in the growth and development of our product support program, you will engage with sales, parts, service, and branch managers to execute and develop key objectives for the region. Your primary focus will be on ensuring our CSA's are held accountable for product support sales growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the region, focusing on sales and margin growth.
- Educate and direct CSA's to promote Brandt's product support initiatives within the region.
- Manage CSA processes, including call reporting, CRM, and target setting.
- Assist CSA's with customer calls and key accounts.
- Establish and measure key performance indicators (KPI's) for CSA's on a monthly basis.
- Analyze and implement proper coverage for the region.
- Engage directly with large accounts in the region to promote Brandt's full product support offering.
- Provide feedback on regional industry trends, including growth opportunities, new offerings, and existing product promotion.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence on competition, customers, and segment trends.
- Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities.
- Review reports to provide insight and feedback to guide the performance of CSA's and branches.
- Identify new product opportunities and work internally to supply.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and industry-leading customer experience among CSA's and branches.
