About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our Heavy Vehicle Parts Division in Canada. In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory by building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets within assigned territory by promoting our product lines and services to existing and potential customers.
  • Territory Management: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve sales goals and support business objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in a similar industry, preferably in heavy vehicle parts and accessories.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other technologies; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, as required.
