About the Role

Citi College of Canadian Careers is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to employees and clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on technical procedures and best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technical support staff to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to non-technical staff and clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and advancements in the field.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
