Global Account Services Revenue Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Account Services Revenue Coordinator to join our team in Saint John, New Brunswick.
About the RoleThis is an exciting and fast-paced support selling opportunity where you will work with global clients in multiple segments by coordinating group/transient hotel bookings from key global accounts via telephone and email. You will work with both internal and external computer systems, collaborating with Global Sellers, Clients, and hotels to negotiate special rates and terms for clients and groups utilizing proposals and contracts.
You will be responsible for soliciting and converting revenue opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing key accounts. Meeting revenue and conversion targets and Service Level Agreements will be a critical aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.
Responsibilities- Coordinate group/transient hotel bookings from key global accounts via telephone and email.
- Negotiate special rates and terms for clients and groups utilizing proposals and contracts.
- Solicit and convert revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing key accounts.
