Regional Sales Representative

About the Opportunity
Central Parking is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Representative for the Ontario Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Central Parking effectively, with comprehensive knowledge of our parking solutions and services.
- Prospect and sell to new customers in the defined sales territory and across all designated market sectors.
- Develop and manage relationships with existing customers, in the defined sales territory and within the designated market segments.
- Take a leadership role in contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Grow the business in line with measured performance goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting goals, making forecasts, and analyzing performance data.
Requirements:
- An effective and persuasive communicator in both oral and written English.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong presentation skills in one-on-one meetings and in group settings.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to deliver on time when placed under deadlines.
- Minimum 5 years experience in business-to-business selling related to enterprise software solutions that reside within complex, large-scale network environments.
- Minimum University Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma.
- Education and training in basic electronics, electrical theory, data communications, and computer networks.
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office software applications.
- Previous experience working with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM).
- Availability to travel on business as needed.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bilingual (French and English languages).
- Previous experience with negotiating contracts ranging from $100,000 to $2,000,000.
- Previous experience working in the parking access & revenue control business or a related industry, Security Access Control, Building Control Systems.
