About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing and directing a sales force to generate sales of roofing materials and services within a designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Development: Supervise and train a team of sales representatives to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop an annual strategic business plan, evaluating the region's sales potential and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Sales and Marketing: Meet with sales reps to align their plans with the regional plan, report on sales activities, and support the sales team to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
  • New Business Development: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our products and develop new business opportunities.
  • Brand Development: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensure all marketing materials are relevant to the region.

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sociology, English, Architecture, or Engineering.
  • Skills: Leadership and managerial skills, LEED certification, and 8-10 years of management experience in sales or sales management.
