By leveraging coaching, training, and team development, the Regional Sales Leader guarantees the execution of tailored strategies and initiatives designed for our brands, customized for each client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee daily and weekly route planning for all sales personnel.
  • Provide support to sales representatives through field coaching and training.
  • Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and initiatives.
  • Create and maintain sales tracking documentation.
  • Identify and optimize sales targets by region.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of brand and competitor performance through continuous market research and evaluations.
  • Oversee and manage the travel and expense budget through detailed expense reporting.
  • Maintain relationships and business dealings with regional accounts and independent retailers.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership, personnel management, or coaching.
  • Demonstrated experience and interest in negotiation and business development.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Completed training in the field of wine is considered an asset.
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is advantageous.

  • A strong passion for wines, ready-to-drink beverages, and spirits.
  • Proven ability to motivate and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities.
