Job Purpose: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and directing a sales force to generate sales of roofing materials and services, achieving sales and profit goals within a designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Development: Supervise and train sales representatives, develop annual strategic business plans, and evaluate regional sales potential.
  • Sales and Marketing: Meet regional sales targets, hire, train, and develop reports to maximize performance, and support sales representatives in their sales processes.
  • New Business Development: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote products and develop new contacts, and develop the company brand in the region.

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sociology, English, Architecture, or Engineering preferred.
  • Certifications: LEED Certification.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of management experience, sales experience, or sales management experience.
