Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Central region (Ontario and Winnipeg). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable growth and achieving sales targets through effective management of a team of outside Sales Representatives.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and execute annual sales plans and targets, leveraging market trends and competitive landscape factors.
- Lead by example and share expertise in sales tools and data analysis to drive sales excellence.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including sales process improvement and employee performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage and develop a team of Sales Representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of sales success and experience as a Sales Manager/Leader.
- Valid G-class license required.
- Deep working knowledge of full sales cycle activities and building products experience.
- Proficient in use of Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities and collaboration skills.
