Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee daily and weekly route strategies for all sales personnel.
  • Provide on-the-ground support through coaching and training for sales representatives.
  • Establish and implement sales initiatives and targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Create and maintain sales tracking documentation.
  • Identify and optimize sales goals by region.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of brand performance and market trends through continuous research.
  • Manage and oversee the travel and expense budget through detailed reporting.
  • Foster relationships with regional accounts and independent retailers.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years in team leadership, personnel management, or coaching roles.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for negotiation and business development.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Completed training in the wine sector is considered an asset.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) is advantageous.
