  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence related to administrative activities.

This role involves overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • A College/CEGEP degree is required for this position.
  • 1-6 months of experience in a similar role is also necessary.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The working hours are 35 to 40 hours per week.

The primary work language is English, and the successful candidate must be fluent in this language.
