Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our office at 4 J Logistics Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff, ensuring effective workload management and deadline adherence.
  • Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed, maintaining a high level of organization and coordination.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Windows.
Work Environment

This is an on-site position, requiring the ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
