Key Responsibilities
  • Manage business office functions, including reception and administrative support to the Administrator
  • Process accounts payable, receivable, and payroll with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Administer employee benefits and manage resident trust accounts
  • Liaise with staff, residents, and members of the public to ensure exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Diploma/degree in accounting or business administration; 2 years of experience in a computerized environment
  • Knowledge of business office systems, banking practices, and ADP WFN Pay
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment
