We are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to join our team at Primacare Living Solutions. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the business office functions and ensuring seamless operations.
About UsPrimacare Living Solutions is a Canadian Long Term Care Operator based in Toronto, Ontario. We are committed to providing exceptional quality care to our residents and creating a supportive work environment for our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage business office functions, including reception and administrative support to the Administrator
- Process accounts payable, receivable, and payroll with high accuracy and efficiency
- Administer employee benefits and manage resident trust accounts
- Liaise with staff, residents, and members of the public to ensure exceptional customer service
- Diploma/degree in accounting or business administration; 2 years of experience in a computerized environment
- Knowledge of business office systems, banking practices, and ADP WFN Pay
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment
- A competitive salary range of $60,000-$70,000 per year
