About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join our team at Elegant Car Rental. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are aligned with company goals.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including record-keeping and data management.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to information access and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with MS Excel, MS Office, and other productivity software.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
