Industrial Chemicals Business Development Manager

Overview
Quadra, a leading distributor of chemicals and ingredients in North America, is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to manage its growing Industrial Chemicals business in Quebec province.
Job Description:
- Manage customer relationships and develop new sales opportunities through routine visits, joint calls, and participation in industry events.
- Sell Quadra's product line to potential customers and showcase the company's reputation for service excellence.
- Closely collaborate with internal resources to meet annual sales and margin objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and resolve customer issues promptly.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, science, or business (an asset).
- A minimum of 5 to 8+ years' experience in industrial chemicals sales with a focus on major chemical production, environmental, water treatment, construction, and/or agriculture.
- Demonstrated ability to drive new sales, prospecting, qualifying customer needs, and expectations.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
