Role Summary:

Quadra is seeking a seasoned Sales professional to join our team as a Senior Account Manager for our Industrial Chemicals business in Quebec province.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with key customers and prospects to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Sell Quadra's superior product line to potential customers through routine customer visits, joint calls, and participation in industry events.
  • Successfully close new business opportunities by coordinating requirements, skillfully developing proposals, and conducting negotiations that align with contractual requirements.
  • Meet and/or exceed annual sales and margin objectives.
  • Play a crucial role in assisting customers with troubleshooting and identifying optimization opportunities to enhance their experience and maximize their benefits during the development, follow-up, and closing of sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, science, or business.
  • Minimum 5 to 8+ years' experience in a sales role selling in the industrial chemicals market with a focus on major chemical production, environmental, water treatment, construction, and/or agriculture.
  • Proven expertise to drive new sales, prospecting, qualifying customer's needs, and expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Possess a high degree of organization, planning, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40% of working time with overnight stays.
  • Proven computer skills and ability to learn and use digital tools, with experience with a CRM like Salesforce being a strong asset.
