About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Commercial team in the Eastern Canada Territory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet performance targets.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve commercial excellence.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives, including marketing, product development, and logistics.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in the mineral processing industry, with a strong background in sales leadership.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving sales performance, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
