About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Commercial team in the Eastern Canada Territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet performance targets.
  2. Build and manage strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  3. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve commercial excellence.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve market share.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives, including marketing, product development, and logistics.
  6. Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, or a related field.
    2. Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in the mineral processing industry, with a strong background in sales leadership.
    3. Proven track record of driving business growth, improving sales performance, and developing high-performing teams.
    4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
