Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Canadian Consulting Engineers Inc. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, maintain accurate records, and perform various clerical tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and schedule appointments with clients and colleagues.

Requirements
