Your Opportunity:
Under the supervision of the Area Manager, the Senior Administrative Coordinator role is pivotal in executing clerical and administrative functions to enhance the operations of the Addiction and Mental Health Clinic. Key responsibilities include managing appointment schedules, handling incoming calls, facilitating patient registrations, processing referrals, and ensuring accurate data entry in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Furthermore, you will contribute to the preparation of reports, various documents, and correspondence, while also assisting with a range of general administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will leverage advanced administrative skills and specialized knowledge to assist with intricate procedures, practices, and initiatives within the department.
Required Qualifications:Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education.
Additional Required Qualifications:As necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:Completion of a Medical Office Assistant course is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous. Experience with Connect Care is beneficial. Previous experience in an Administrative Support role is considered an asset.
