Opportunity Overview:
The Senior Administrative Coordinator role is essential for executing clerical and administrative functions to assist the Alberta Health Services Addiction and Mental Health Clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include managing appointment schedules, handling incoming calls, completing patient registration processes, processing referrals, and ensuring accurate data entry in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Furthermore, you will contribute to the creation of reports, documents, and correspondence, while also providing support for various general administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Role Responsibilities:
In the capacity of a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will need advanced administrative skills and specialized knowledge to facilitate intricate procedures, practices, and initiatives within the department or program.
Essential Qualifications:Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education.
Additional Required Qualifications:As necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:A background in Medical Office Assistance is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous. Experience with Connect Care is beneficial. Previous experience in an Administrative Support role is considered an asset.
