Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
* Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies
* Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
