The Administrative Support III position at Alberta Health Services is a key role that requires advanced administrative skills and knowledge to support complex procedures and initiatives within a department or program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Area Manager and other staff members
  • Carry out clerical and administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and processing referrals

Requirements:

  • Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge
  • Medical Office Assistant course preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience working with Connect Care
  • Experience working in an Administrative Support position is an asset
