About the Role:
Fraser Health Authority is seeking an experienced Clinical Redevelopment Project Manager to join our team in New Westminster, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of assigned facilities projects from initial planning stages through to completion.
Salary Range: CAD $65,350 - $95,110 per year
Job Description:
The Clinical Redevelopment Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including clinical planners, equipment planners, design consultants, and user groups to ensure that assigned projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the needs of Fraser Health's clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, design, and implementation of assigned facilities projects from initial planning stages through to completion
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, contractors, and consultants as required
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to convey information and respond to queries regarding project status, design, and construction matters
- Monitor adherence to established safety, infection control, and risk mitigation protocols during project implementation
- Lead and/or facilitate operational commissioning and project-related decanting or moves
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field together with five (5) to seven (7) years' recent related experience managing, leading, and directing facilities projects in a complex institutional environment.
