About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Surgical Services at Fraser Health. As a key member of our interprofessional care team, you will provide person-centered care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patient needs to determine the best course of treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and families/caregivers on health management, prevention, and treatment.
- Collaborate with members of the interprofessional care team to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
• Two years recent relevant clinical experience in the designated clinical area and completion of post-graduate coursework and/or certification applicable to the designated clinical area
Competitive Salary:
$95,475 - $120,681 per annum,
This is a full-time position working approximately 37.5 hours per week.
