Clinical Services Manager

At Fraser Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our non-clinical services at Royal Columbian Hospital. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure alignment of non-clinical activities and services across the RCH campus.
- Develop and implement goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for assigned services, initiatives, and projects.
- Manage and coordinate emergency preparedness and response efforts, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors.
- Collaborate with site leaders, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Develop and manage operational budgets in accordance with Fraser Health guidelines.
Applicants should possess an undergraduate degree in health sciences, business, or a related field, along with seven years of recent related experience in a complex acute care setting.
Familiarity with project management, process re-engineering, and organizational skills is essential. Proven leadership skills, including the ability to create and maintain a positive and supportive work environment, are also required.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills, a strong understanding of clinical healthcare practice, education, and program planning, development, implementation, and evaluation.
