About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Lead for Hospital Redevelopment Projects to join our team at Fraser Health Authority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive project planning and execution, ensuring effective delivery of hospital redevelopment projects.
  • Develop and implement project goals, objectives, and strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and goals.
  • Mange project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring efficient utilization of assets and minimizing risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, contractors, and consultants, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to senior management, ensuring informed decision-making on project-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Architecture, Business Administration, or Engineering, supplemented by a related professional designation, plus 10 years' experience in project planning and construction.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects, demonstrating strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
