Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  5. Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in a similar capacity in a full-service hotel.
  2. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with prior experience with CI/TY an asset.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  4. Language: Fluency in English.
