Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Director of Brand Marketing and Strategy to lead our marketing efforts in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and market share for CooperVision products in Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and market share for CooperVision products in Canada.
- Brand Management: Manage the CooperVision brand in Canada, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Product Management: Manage the product portfolio for Canada, including product launches, product life cycle management, and product discontinuation.
- Marketing Communications: Develop and execute marketing communications plans to support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing objectives.
- Financial Management: Manage the marketing budget and ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on market trends and customer needs.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in marketing and sales, including senior management experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
- Skills: Excellent marketing and interpersonal skills, negotiation and influencing skills, team motivation ability, strong business acumen, and an in-depth knowledge of marketing, financial, and legal principles.
