Job Title: Director of Brand Marketing

CooperVision is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Brand Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth, profitability, and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of marketing experience, including senior management roles
  • Minimum 7-10 years of marketing experience in a management role, including people management
  • Experience in the healthcare/medical products/consumer products industries
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
Work Environment:

This is an office-based/hybrid role with periodic travel to customer locations, CooperVision events, industry events, and other CooperVision sites. The ideal candidate will be located in the Greater Toronto Area and able to commute to the Richmond Hill Office.
