We use best-in-class technology to automate the preparation and verification of multi-dose compliance packaging of medication, ensuring the highest levels of safety and adherence for individuals with complex medication regimes.

Your Role

As a Customer Care Representative, you will work under the direction of the Customer Care Manager to provide exceptional customer care to all residents and their representatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Updating and maintaining resident profiles and associated accounts within the pharmacy software program
  • Answering client account inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Contacting clients to communicate information about CareRx Pharmacy services and documenting prescription and statement payment information
  • Providing exceptional customer care to LTC homes and retirement communities serviced by CareRx Pharmacy
  • Following all provincial and federal laws, standards, and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Self-directed, requiring minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and applicable eMAR platforms
  • Working knowledge of Smart-Link software and prior experience with third-party billing
  • Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with other members of the healthcare team
