About the Role

CareRx is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to our residents and their representatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain resident profiles and associated accounts within our pharmacy software program
  • Answer client account inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Contact clients to communicate information about CareRx Pharmacy services and document prescription and statement payment information
  • Provide exceptional customer care to LTC homes and retirement communities serviced by CareRx Pharmacy
  • Follow all provincial and federal laws, standards, and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Self-directed, requiring minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and applicable eMAR platforms
  • Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with other members of the healthcare team
