About the Role

The Customer Care Representative is a key member of our pharmacy team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer care to residents and their representatives in long-term care homes and retirement communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain resident profiles and associated accounts within our pharmacy software program
  • Answer client account inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Contact clients to communicate information about CareRx Pharmacy services and document prescription and statement payment information
  • Provide exceptional customer care to LTC homes and retirement communities serviced by CareRx Pharmacy
  • Follow all provincial and federal laws, standards, and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Self-directed, requiring minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and applicable eMAR platforms
  • Working knowledge of Smart-Link software and prior experience with third-party billing
