About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email
  • Schedule appointments and organize files for the clinic's Hearing Care Professionals
  • Manage and maintain client accounts while building relationships
  • Work with insurance companies to ensure successful third-party billing operations
  • Assist with cleanings and minor in-clinic device repairs
