Territory Sales Manager

Brandt, a leading provider of heavy-duty transportation solutions, is seeking a seasoned Territory Manager to join our team in Grande Prairie, AB. This key role is responsible for driving sales and rental growth of new and used heavy-duty transportation trucks and trailers in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through regular outreach and engagement with existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving issues and fostering loyalty through exceptional service.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
- Travel regularly to assigned territory to meet with customers, prospects, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- A positive and professional attitude, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven sales experience in the heavy-duty transportation industry, with a strong understanding of specialized equipment and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Class 5 driver's license required; Class 1 license considered an asset.
- Ability to obtain or have a valid passport for international travel.
