Brandt Truck & Trailers is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Parts & Service Advisor to join our team in Grande Prairie. This role is responsible for promoting and selling heavy-duty transportation truck, rigging, and trailer parts and service, as well as providing after-sales support to existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and cold call new accounts regularly to expand our customer base.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to resolve issues and increase loyalty.
  • Keep customers informed about new products and services to boost sales.
  • Create a yearly territory plan with a customer target list to drive business growth.
  • Use database records for customer information and sales documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with management to meet budget goals and expand our customer base.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Heavy-duty mechanic or Parts person certification is preferred.
  • Previous sales experience in the heavy Truck and Trailer equipment industry is essential.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory and work flexible hours is required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract are necessary.
  • Positive and professional attitude towards challenges is essential.
  • Knowledge of specialized transportation equipment is required.
  • Excellent people skills and customer service focus are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure is required.
