Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at GP North Shell. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced sales environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional standing for extended periods.
