Job Title: Regional HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional HR Manager to join our team at Victoria Netwitt. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to our business units across Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to drive business results and achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations matters, including grievances and performance issues.
  • Provide support and guidance on employee benefits, compensation, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on generalist roles.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with employees and leadership teams.
  • Advanced skills in HRIS systems, including Workday.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
