Job Summary

The Business Development Manager - OEM Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to bring in new accounts and business growth, while working closely with our account managers to ensure client requests are fulfilled with the highest quality, attention to detail, and punctuality.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and new account acquisition in the heavy truck and equipment OEM industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with our account managers to ensure client requests are met with the highest quality, attention to detail, and punctuality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development in the heavy truck and equipment OEM industry.
