Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in our Industrial Sales team.">

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.">
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing and sales initiatives.">
  • Manage a territory plan to optimize sales coverage and product exposure.">

Requirements:

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of professional experience required.">
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a B2B Industrial environment, with a proven track record selling in competitive markets.">
  • Previous supervisory experience, with a focus on team leadership and development.">
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the market and deploy resources to ensure maximum coverage and product exposure.">
  • Proficient PC skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office.">
